Our services include but are not limited to:

Contour and Feature (Detail) Surveys – this survey involves taking levels across the site and locating features/services on the property. This can be customised to client’s requirements.

AHD Surveys – Australian Height Datum Surveys involve transferring a height established from a known height datum point to a new temporary bench mark (TBM). Information is obtained about existing datum points from Landgate.

Re-establishment (Repeg) Surveys – this survey is used to define the original lot boundaries of a property.

Parapet Line Marks – Once the original lots boundaries have been defined marks can be placed along the boundary on any offset at critical points.

Building Set Outs – survey marks are placed at critical points to position buildings or structures within a lot.

As-Constructed Surveys – this survey depicts final location and level of features and services as required.
