De Nada Surveys can offer a full spectrum of land survey services, from application to the WA Planning Commission through to the plan being placed In Order For Dealings.

Our services include but are not limited to:

Subdivisions – a Green Title Subdivision subdivides a lot into two or more green title lots with separate service connections.

Amalgamation – two or more green title lots are joined into one parcel.

Built Strata – a built strata scheme is used to define cubic spaces under the Strata Titles Act where all buildings have been constructed and are used to define all or some of the strata lot boundaries. A strata lot is limited in height and depth (in relation to the constructed buildings) and can comprise of a number of part lots and a share in common property.

Survey Strata – Similar to a green title subdivision, but completed under the Strata Titles Act. Survey Strata lots differ from Built Strata lots in the sense that Survey Strata lots are defined by dimensions and survey information rather than buildings.
